We can ship worldwide. If we are unable to ship to you, we will refund you.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouses in US & China for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The supplier may take an additional 2–4 business days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to ship from the warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by E-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time, especially during holidays. International Countries should expect to see 14-30 business days shipping time depending on the destination.

 If you buy multiple items, they may arrive in multiple packages.

Yes, your payments are secured using SSL security certificates to protect your information, and you can view its details in the padlock in your browser. You can read more about our security vendor here.

All products come with a FREE replacement warranty for 45 days from purchase. IF your purchase does not match the description or is the item is defective, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at service@silentklaxon.com - we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

Standard Returns will be accepted up to 45 days after purchase and will be processed through email.

You may be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There may be restocking fees depending on the product.
